Bin Saifan was established in Dubai Emirates in 1998 with a new focus to meet the challenges of 21st Century, but retaining the expertise, experiences, knowledge and resources which were built up over many years.. We have been working with international Consultant for CATV projects with Alcatel and more Telecommunication Projects with International Consultants. 

	Client:  Emirates Telecommunication Corporation (Etisalat) Project: Underground Duct Laying, Joint Box , Manhole Construction and associated Civil works. (Optic Fibre & Coaxial cable laying)
Project: Etisalat Contract no. 2H/2000 - Underground Sub duct laying. Client: Etisalat Contract Amount: Dhs. 2,000,000.00 Date of Commencement; 10th Jan 2000 Date of Completion: 31st March, 2001.
