TSSC
modular houses (port-a-cabins) offer the following distinct features: ·
Saves energy ·
Comfort and versatility ·
Quick, efficient and solid ·
Easy to assemble, handle and transport ·
Wide range of designs ·
Low maintenance Unlike
competitors, TSSC modular housing are polyurethane insulated.
So what does this mean? Building Systems In
the modular housing industry, three basic building systems will meet your
specific requirements. Cost,
durability and standard of living are determined by the great choice of
construction materials utilised in each case. 1.
Factory - built skid-mounted
portable cabins for instant accommodation upon delivery.
Electrical wiring and fixtures, drainage, sanitary ware and pipes are
preconnected to their respective inlets and outlets built in the skid for ready
coupling to external supplies. 2.
Site-erected, relocatble
housings. Fast assembly and dismantling of modular
building components supplied in knock-down form for short or medium-term
accommodation. These types of
buildings offer the advantages of occupying very little space when dismantled
for transport and storage. Electrical,
drainage and sanitary pipes are prebuilt in panels. Sanitary ware and electrical fixtures are prelocated in our
factory into their appropriate panels for easy removal and fitting.
Precut profiles and fixtures are fully recovered upon dismantling of
building since no permanent fixing devices are used for assembly. 3.
Site erected residential
housing. Modular
building components are supplied in knock-down form alongwith foundation
profiles to be anchored onto a concrete slab in which water and drainage pipes
have been provided. Vinyl flooring,
skirting, decorative profiles, electrical fittings and sanitary ware are
supplied alongwith building components according to layout.
The roof and ceiling can either be a:
a) flat roof / integral ceiling or; b) pitched roof / false ceiling.
This depends on building design. This
type of housing, appropriate for semi-permenent accommodation, offers the same
advantages during transportation and is distinguished by its fast assembly and
aesthetic finish. Components Modular
building components essentially comprise of standard 50 mm walls, partitioning
wall, roof, integral ceiling and floor foundation panels.
Doors, windows, air-conditioning units and exhaust fan openings are
built-in to panels. Assembly
fixtures and decorative profiles are supplied in precut form for fast and
accurate interlocking between wall, roof and floor elements. Prepainted
or skin plated galvanised steel, prefinished, embossed or anodised aluminium,
laminated plywood and plastics offer a great choice of facings to be used in
panel construction. The
insulation properties load bearing and structural strength are resultant of the
sandwich construction obtained by injecting a rigid polyurethane foam core at
high density between two given facings with the inclusion, where necessary, of
additional reinforcement. Application The above units are suitable for various applications including site offices, houses, labour accommodation and GSM application etc. |
