and economical resources necessary to face up to any future challenge. Vehicle Cold Storage Bodies Our
reliable insulated vehicle bodies are based on proven and well researched
technology and construction techniques. The average refrigerated body consists of six individually insulated
panels which are reinforced to give maximum strength and durability.
All corners and edges are protected by specially extruded attractive
aluminium profiles. Temperatures can range from +15°C to -20°C. Rigid
Polyurethane sectional wall, roof and floor elements are built in single spans
up to 7 meters and to size and type of chassis of vehicle.
The monolithic sandwich construction of these elements is a result of
injecting rigid polyurethane foam at high density between two metal clads
(choice of the customer). Truck
bodies are available to suit pickups, trucks, trailers and semi-trailers (up to
40ft long). The
end user can arrange for the assembly of the panels on the vehicles by him or
her self. TSSC will be available
for any assistance the end user may require. Doors All
container doors are manufactured individually by our factory to meet each
client’s specific requirements. This
includes everything from triple leaf rear doors with 270° opening to single leaf doors or side hatches. All doors are fitted with top quality European and American
hardware. Floors The
internal floor is of a high grade chequered aluminium finish plate. Portable
